Ischgl is a very popular ski village that lies high in the Paznaun Valley at an altitude of fourteen hundred metres. Close to the Swiss border, it is located amid the beautiful Silvretta mountains. As a high altitude resort, Ischgl is fairly snow sure throughout the season which opens in the beginning of December and ends in April.
