As the name suggests, Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch is for all of you adventurers at heart. This escape into the heart of nature will make you feel like the wild adventurer Davy himself. There is also a very healthy dose of cosy lodge vibes and opportunities for plenty of pampering so fear not if you don’t want to be an adventurer all the time! This resort is a little bit further out than most but is still only a 15 minute drive from the park. It is the ideal place to rest, retreat and recharge and a day in the park full of non-stop excitement. There is also plenty of countryside surrounding the ranch to go explore or just take a nightly stroll.

TFor dining, you can expect rustic, wood-panelled taverns and saloons to make you feel like right in the heart of nature. Davy Crockett’s Tavern is sure to satisfy with its all-you-can-eat menu and then take a trip to Crockett’s Saloon where you will find a very fine range of liquor to round off a fantastic day. The resort also offers a special kids’ menu to keep the little ones satisfied.

In terms of bits and bobs around the outpost, you can find fresh meat, fruit and veg at the Alamo Trading Post. Kids can go explore in the outdoor play area and then take a dip in the heated indoor pool. That goes for parents too as there is a waterslide which is a favourite with dads around the world! It is also worth mentioning that until at least April 1st 2019, dogs are welcome at the ranch. That’s right, you can bring your fluffy best friend with you on your Disney adventure. Pawsome!

Free WiFi access is available at the reception and at Crockett's Saloon bar. Guests at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch will also benefit from free parking. There is an on-site grocery store with fresh produce, where you can also pick up holiday essentials and souvenirs.
