Christmas is just around the corner so we've decided to kick start the festive celebrations with a Cheeky giveaway. 

Look out for our posts from Tuesday 4th -  Sunday 16th December on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, all you need to do is engage with the post and you will automatically be entered into our prize draw.  (Follow instructions on each post)

Engage with all 12 posts = 12 chances of you winning! 

Winners will be announced on Monday 17th December.

Terms & Conditions – 12 Cheeky’s of Christmas Giveaway!

1. By entering this promotion you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. This promotion is open to residents of the UK and Eire, except for employees of Cheekytrip, their immediate family members, or anyone else associated with this promotion.

3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter.

4. The promotion is a Chocolate Hamper with 20 runner up prizes consisting of a Cheekytrip branded Monkey Toy which conforms to EN71 and selection box. 

5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

6. To be eligible for this prize you must follow instructions on our social media posts from 4th Dec - 16th Dec on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.

7. The Promotion will run throughout December 2018. By participating in any of the Giveaway posts the entrants are agreeing to abide by the Facebook Terms of Use.

9. Any entry account which breaches these rules will automatically be disqualified.

10. The Cheekytrip accepts no responsibility for late entries, delayed entries or non-receipt of entries due to any reason whatsoever, including technical faults or inability to access mail accounts or the Internet.

11. Each prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize and each prize must be taken as offered.

12. The Cheekytrip team reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative one of its choosing which has a value of the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. The Cheekytrip team reserves the right to cancel or refuse any individual entry or to postpone or cancel any one of the weekly Prize Draws in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to circumstances where it is apparent that there has been fraudulent activity or access to the Internet has been prevented for a period longer than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems beyond the control of The Cheekytrip.
